Stuart founded Deltronic Crystal Industries in 1972 and began the vertically integrated ISOWAVE division in 1986. Stuart plans and directs ISOWAVE's affairs and operations and represents the company to its current and prospective investors, customers, and to major governmental entities.

Prior to establishing Deltronics, Stuart had been associated with Isomet, Inc., and the Airtron Division of Litton Industries, as well as serving as a consultant to the crystal industry. He holds a BS in Chemistry and an MBA in Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Based in Dover, New Jersey, Glenn performs key account management and business development activities covering the Company’s Eastern Regional operations.

Glenn has over 20 years of experience in technical sales and marketing and has held positions with INRAD, Inc., DRS/Photonics, and Zygo Corporation. Glenn holds an MBA in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a BS in Business Administration from East Carolina University

Jingshan is an integral engineering team member responsible for helping the Company design and manufacture new passive optical components.

Prior to joining ISOWAVE, Jingshan held research and teaching positions with the New Jersey Institute of Technology, Baylor University, and Beijing Astronomical Observatory. Jingshan holds a PhD in Applied Physics from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, an MS in Physics from Peking University and a BS in Physics from Shandong Normal University.
